This Pizza Hut is the worst. It would be so much better with an entirely new staff. They get several orders wrong and get rude when you ask them to fix it, they don’t smile or ask how you are. If you tel them they got something wrong they blame it on you. Don’t bother going in to order, they have about 3 chairs to wait in and it’ll take just as long to be helped as it takes for the pizza to be “cooked”. If corporate wonders why business is down at the Shadybrook Pizza Hut, they may want to look at Paula. This lady answers the phone as if she hates life then acts as if I’m inconveniencing her by asking questions. We hung up and I ended up calling back to place my order and Paula answered in the same nasty tone and was extremely rude when I asked if I could take a picture of a coupon to send to my son who was picking the pizzas up... This is the worst place ever!!! The manager Paula or whatever she said her name was, was extremely rude to me and my mom! She hung up on my mother and was extremely mouthy! I called to get a number to complain to and she wouldn’t give it to me! She had the worst attitude I’ve ever come across! I can’t believe they let someone like this be the manager of the store, it makes Pizza Hut look sooo bad
