Every time I go there they cant get my order strait I dont like mustard or catchup on my burger everytime I order when I get home home I bite into burger i get a mouth full of mustard i think they put extra mustard on it on purpose it taste like a bunch of mustard and salt i cant eat it i am done with bk its nasty

Watched employees get into an argument with a customer across the front counter. The sandwichs were missing cheese and the staff thought the solution to this was just throw some cold cheese in a bag and give it to them. I watched as 3 employees none of which were the manager argue with this woman while the manager stood in the corner and watched. This store has really gone down hill in recent years

I ordered online, took them like 25 minutes to make it. 2 days later I am sitting on my couch with my digestive system punishing me for eating here. There is something in that food that just is not safe to eat. Would not recommend coming here.

This place is disgraceful the attitude at drive through was the worst, fist they make you wait 15 minutes and then instead of hello welcome to Burger King it’s what do you want and ever time I added to my order i was met with sighs. I used to love Burger King it was one of my favorite fast food restaurants. And this particular Burger King is filthy and dirty and you can clearly see the manager doesn’t jump in to help the employees when they are backed up. I’m so disappointed and disgusted with this Burger King I wished corporate would send someone in disguise just to see what we see as for the attitude and the quality of cleanliness in the store to catch them by surprise.

Every time I make the mistake of going to this burger king (out of convince) i end up paying for it . They get my order wrong almost every time. Today I ordered a double crossanwich , one of their most expensive items , and get home to see I got a ham crossont instead.
This is the only place in Cookeville that ive ever recived the wrong order ..
If you are considering stopping her dont ... just keep driving to any other buger king in town instead

Ordered on door dash and I had 2 of 8 piece chicken fries missing food was cold and 2 whoppers were made with wrong buns and no onions because they said they were out but wasn’t told anything call the store to talk to them about it all and person said they couldn’t do anything about it it had to be door dash it’s not door dashes place to make tge food right just deliver ir

I like BK, but either I'm unlucky or 9 times out if 10 when I come through anywhere around night shift, I get cold fries even after getting pulled. I work in fast food myself and when I pull my customers, I take time to ensure they enjoy the inconvenience of getting pulled by giving them fresh fries. Absolutely ridiculous getting pulled to "save your drive time speed" just to get served cold fries

Ordered the $5 dollar meal, 2 Jr. Whopper w/ cheese. They tasted really well, but had ordered one plain with mayo only, and the other regular. They messed it up and did the regular with no mayo, and the plain with no mayo. Food was hot, and quickly made, the staff was friendly.
