The food was good. The cashier was cordial. Their ice machine was broken and spitting ice on the floor. Several cashiers walked by and saw it and just kept walking. Then the manager came by. He stopped, stared at it for 15 seconds or so and went back to the kitchen. I thought he would send someone to mop up the puddles of water from the melted ice, but he did not. There were several older folks with canes that had to navigate through this mess.

Food was great but we were missing items. Sat at the window for about 4 minutes before anyone took our money. By then the order was already ready. The money should have been taken the moment we pulled to the window so that our hot food could have been handed out right then rather than doing the transaction after the food has been handed to me sitting in the car. After calling, they were more than willing to fix the issue and the food was great as always. I've lived in this...

I saw something yesterday, I have never seen before in my life, and I am 51 years old. I saw a young man in what, I believe to be, his twenties, that very much impressed me. His name is Austin. I watched as he brought an angry customer in front of me in the line down from angry to happy in a matter of seconds. She walked away very satisfied. He has to be the best cashier I have ever saw. Very impressive young man. He goes above and beyond his duties. He makes everyone around him...
