My wife and I had seen Char driving thru town and randomly decided to pop in tonight for dinner after a friend and his wife had to cancel some plans with us at home. We were greeted shortly after walking in the door (maybe 20 seconds) by Theresa who seated us and was our server. She was friendly and as the night progressed, quite endearing, sharing info about her children and just being cool. My husband and I were on our honeymoon in Cookeville and decided to try a nice steakhouse in the area. The atmosphere was nice and dark. I don’t usually get steak, but it would’ve been silly not too this time. We got the cheese stick roulette as a starter, and I got the 8 oz. filet mignon with broccoli and spaghetti, and it was so tender and delicious! We went in for the first time and really enjoyed the place. Service and food are good. We enjoyed everything we ordered from salsa to steaks and will return.
Dietary restrictions: The server was able to help me find the right options that are gluten free and I was happy with all of my choices!
Kid-friendliness: They have a good kid's menu, but my kid wanted a steak so he got a NY Strip Med Well and it was perfect.
