My wife and I walked up to checkers its about a mile away from our house.Its about 7:30p.m. on a Friday and when we got there we placed our order that was just over $40 and I did not have anything less than a $10O bill. The cashier who I believe was the manager. He says he can't take my $100. aI told him I just walked up there. So I asked him what the store number was. Worst experience ever!!!!! Ordered the 10 burgers for $10 and added cheese which charged me another $7 so total $17 and got home No cheese! I called and explained they asked if I wanted them to make 10 more with cheese I said no I just want the $7 I paid for the cheese! Seemed fair right?? I was told a manager would call me back and that didn’t happen of course! I realize you guys are still fairly new but you would think by now things would be better just had our third trip to Checkers since you've opened and for the third time order messed up started with missing french fries that we had to drive back around again then we get home Burgers not made correctly just like the previous two times it's ridiculous at this point I don't know if you guys are aware of a Facebook group called Cookeville boast or roast but your place is all over it...read full review
