I order from chili’s tonight and it was the most disgusting chili’s ever had I’ve probabbly been there 100 times. Larry just blamed it on DoorDash but DoorDash can’t control the quality control or lack thereof. I would avoid at all cost!!!! Chilis needs to fire Larry at the very least

Did take out. This is one of the best Chilis I’ve been to. Haven’t been to one in a while and was craving it. It hit the spot. The curbside was super fast. As soon as I checked in they brought it out.Got the chicken crispers and southwestern egg rolls. Everything was packed right and was still crispy by the time I got back to the hotel.Only complaint is the egg rolls weren’t cut so it was hard to share, but I also get why bc the take out box was big and it would’ve rolled around and lost the fillings.

My family and I went to the Cookeville Chili's a few days ago, and we were all shocked with how dirty the restaurant was where we were sitting. We were seated on the far left side in front of the windows. The window seals and walls were so dirty and covered in black snarf, but the floors were even nastier with caked on crumbs and snarf all around the table legs. It seemed as if the floors and area around us hadn't been cleaned in a good amount of time. Just not a good feeling when you're there to eat their food. Made us really wonder how gross the kitchen must be. Honestly, if I had my time to go back, we would've left. We definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

Ribs were a little dry (chose the dry rub) but still had a wonderful taste. Everything else was excellent. Our server was at the top of her game. Price for the combo was reasonable. Large portions with plenty to take home fire later. Did have trouble paying using that crazy machine.
