We are VERY regular customers at O charleys here in cookeville. However, went tonight for a pick up I had placed online. Waited 30 minutes to get home and check my order (my fault) and once I got there and took our soups out of the bag, I was very disappointed. I ordered two bowls of soup. One for my kiddo, and one for me. & the bowls were hardly even half full. You can look to the left on the one bowl, ( I took the lid off mine to show what was in it) not even any bacon bits....read full review
