Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terribly managed, or maybe just incompetent employees. Always out of fajita veggies every time I have come into the store, often out of one of the meats. They were out of fajita veggies, but had them in the online order area, but refused to give me any. They skimp on meat portions compared to Lebanon and Franklin locations. Trash was literally overflowing out of the trash cans onto the floor. No toilet paper in the bathroom. They need better training and better management. I've been here maybe 6 times, hoping for improvement, but no luck. This is consistently the worst Chipotle location I've visited. I'm done wasting money there. I'll stick to other Chipotle locations in the future.

Fast and satisfying, great day to dine on the patio. Getting pretty pricey though. 1 bowl, 1 burrito and a drink nearly $30!

Food was delicious but the portions were small. Also very awkward to be sitting and eating my food while two employees on break (or waiting to get on the clock) were canoodling together right there in the dining room with me and everyone else just sitting there … they should probably find a (break) room.

My wife and I went there for the first time got two burrito and spent a little over $50 prices were ridiculous

rice was crunchy, everything was out of stock, staff was rude, no flavor in my bowl. should've saved my $20 lolll

I go here all the time no issue! Tonight however they denied me something I asked for, they we’re out of stock on multiple things, and because if that my bowl was empty as hell. At the checkout counter the cashier asks if it’s a bowl and the little girl who made my bowl said yes a sad one, like girl I know you made it like that. I work customer service and I couldn’t imagine denying someone something they asked for, for whatever reason.

I hate to give such an a bad review. But this today has made it 3 times of unsatisfied customer svc. First time 2 wks ago, went personally to pick up a chicken bowl and the lady making it forgot to add the actual chicken.by the time I got back to work and realize the mistake. We called right away and was told nothing can be done. Then today asked for 2 bowls and my co worker ask and paid for extra chicken and steak and he might as well kept his money. It was very little and he took the time to rush back to show them and still they refuse to make it right. They made him pay for another meal an extra $11 aside from his original $24 dollars meal. So since this chipotle restaurant in cookeville refuses to make things right for their customer As a business owner myself in cookeville we will not be back and will be sharing our experience with our friends family and our clients. Very disappointed.

Ordered online twice and twice they got it wrong

The store is very dirty and the staff can be rude. There was sour cream smeared all over my lid, even though I did not order sour cream. Other than that the food is delicious. I get the kids meal and it's the perfect amount of food.
I appreciate that Chipotle has tofu so I have options as a vegetarian. Fajita veggies are NOT good.

The girl who helped us was rude and nasty. Had animal hair all over her and smelled like animals.

I came in tonight & Callie hooked me up on my Boorito. She was very friendly & honestly I think she needs a raise because that thing was a 10/10. Best burrito I’ve ever had

Food is always great! Line moves quick and always clean and calm atmosphere. Hardest decision is which meat to choose.
