The overwhelming number of items the have for sale cluttering the lobby makes it difficult to walk around without feeling very closed in . Mix that with the large amount of people it makes sitting or walking claustrophobic, and uncomfortably. The food was not with that panic attack for me .
The new chicken strips were cooked way too much, the carrots were water logged (was once my favorite) and the fries were soggy (cooked before I ordered. I am a frequent customer to Cracker Barrel’s from Cookeville to the east coach. This was the worst meal I have received.
The portion of the chicken cheese casserole was smaller than anticipated for the price.
Dietary restrictions: I chose the grilled trout and 2 sides of vegetables due to diabetes type 2. There aren’t a lot of choices that are low in carbohydrates.
