Wonderful place to get icecream! For the Christmas season they had a peppermint flavor that was incredible! My mom loved the butterscotch one! Will be back!

We love everything about this place, literally EVERYTHING! The staff is super friendly and helpful but I was so impressed by their patience with indecisive young kiddos AND surly teenagers 😁 This sweet little shop is always super clean with super laid back homey feel or as my 7 year old describes it, "comfy" 🥰 They have cozy little tables and sofas if you want to hang out. But they also have a huge lounge area in the back for parties or just larger groups in general. OR walk across the street to check out the train depot, which is a great spot to snap some cool photos. I could go on forever and I haven't even gotten to the actual ice cream. It's AMAZING, by the way and I'm pretty sure their prices might be a little lower than the other ice cream places in town. So yeah, you should definitely make this place one of your regular stops. I promise it will not disappoint!

Our son is a student at Tennessee Tech, and we ALWAYS stop here when visiting him. The affegato (with Mexican chocolate ice cream) is amazing! We love their shakes and large variety of flavors, including some unique only to Cream City.

I came in on a whim tonight because I wanted ice cream and Dairy Queen didn't seem right. I was joined by probably a dozen other people, both inside and out. There's a reason there's always a line at this place. Why did I ever want to go to a chain when I live in the most awesome town in the state with this wonderful, local place? Awesome place. The girls working tonight were killing it. They appeared a little overwhelmed but they were so pleasant.
