Crowded in summer but the ice cream is amazing

Neat place to get ice cream.

Wow. 🤩 the value and selection of flavors is unmatched! We each got a single scoop that you can split between two flavors and weee not disappointed in any! Blueberry cheesecake and strawberry combination was refreshing. The triple fudge brownie and rocky top crunch were a perfect combo sweet treat. The fact that we each got ice cream for under $7 blows my mind. Highly recommend this place. We also found a quiet space to eat our ice cream in the extended party room in the back.

Ooof... if I could live off of coffee... it would have to come from Cream City! I got the iced tiramisu latte and it hit the spot on a warm day! I loved how unique their menu was and how many ice cream flavors they had. There were a few seats in the parlor with additional seating elsewhere and outside. With the great service as the cherry on top, this place is definitely a staple that everyone should go visit.

Cozy old fashioned ice cream shop with great comfortable and friendly atmosphere. Excellent for families and they had a party room! Service was fantastic. There was a group with 4 kids in front of us. They were patient and kind to the kids. There was not anyone that was not smiling when we left. 10/10 recommend. One person in our group got the raspberry chocolate Frappe and it was better than any national brand.

Great atmosphere, even better ice cream. Took my son there today, and Ms. Sophia treated us like family, even helped when made a mess. Keep up the good work guys.

Go here for the chai. Ice cream is amazing ofc. But the chai tea is the best I’ve ever had in my entire life and you can trust me on this because I’ve had several chai teas in several different states at several different locations and this is the best one I’ve ever had in my entire life if you were a fan of Chai tea, you need to go immediately

Visited Cream City Ice Cream & Coffee House during a trip to Cookeville and really enjoyed the experience. The highlight of this place is definitely the homemade ice cream — the flavors tasted fresh, rich, and absolutely delicious.

They have a nice variety of flavors, and you can tell the ice cream is made with care. The place itself is a bit small and slightly clumsy/crowded, especially when busy, but the quality of the ice cream makes up for it.

Overall, a great stop if you’re in Cookeville and craving some tasty homemade ice cream!

Delicious ice cream. Friendly staff!

It was really good! Tons of chocolate chips in my mint ice cream and almost too many chocolate peanut butter cups in my chocolate peanut butter ice cream. We appreciated the generous servings, very reasonable prices and fast, friendly service. The decor could be so much more charming. I'd play up the vintage decor some more or go with the art deco look, inspired by the glass blocks. I will definitely go back!
