I can not express how greatly I enjoyed my experience.Kid-friendliness: Well accommodating for kids, they have a kids menu as well as seating for all ages!
Horrible horrible experience worst staffing ever!!! No one's knows what going on apparently. Host tried to sit my son in a bar stool with no back when they had adequate sitting for him!! Just be for warned don't go here. No comment on food walked out after 20 mins of waiting.

A party of 3 on a Saturday night. One of us had the patty melt, it was cooked fresh, delicious. I had the burger on special, Josh burger. It wasn't on the menu so I asked what was on it. Waitress had to go ask. I asked for a side of their horseradish mayo. She brought me mustard! (I finally did get that horsey mayo, that sh-t is good!) I could go on, but I won't. I will say if you get a burger demand they cook it fresh. The meat in my burger was cold and I swear it was cooked at lunchtime and served to me at dinner. I was extremely disappointed. Given all the dining choices in Cookeville I probably won't go back. The sushi roll I had for an appetizer, 2 out of 5.

Very expensive burger, sandwich, and weirdly sushi joint. Buffalo chicken wrap was tasty but small. BLT was just average and the Cole slaw was not a good recipe per a critic that eats it at every meal if available. There is much better food downtown. The atmosphere is uninviting and noisy from the video music.
Unfortunately I can't give this place a rating based on their food because we never got that far. We were seated and no one ever came to take our drink order. After 20 minutes of sitting on the high top chairs my back couldn't take it anymore, which is odd because I've never had an issue with High top tables. If getting our drinks ordered was taking that long I couldn't bare waiting for food that would probably take even longer. The atmosphere was nice but that's the only positive I have on this place. Hopefully they get the work flow going a little better for future customers.
