Dunkin' Donuts in Cookeville

“I do not come to jerr often, but when I do, I occasionally take my boys for donuts on the weekend. The facility is well-maintained, the customer service is friendly, and orders are prepared quickly. However, one downside is that many people linger in the area without making a purchase. This seems to be influenced by the presence of some less desirable hotels nearby. Unfortunately, this affects my willingness to dine inside. I wish there were measures in place to improve this aspect, as it would enhance the overall experience.“

“This location has the sweetest and kindest staff I’ve ever met! The food and drinks are always fresh and quick out the window, and they’re super willing to always make it right if something is wrong (rare occasion). There’s one worker in particular who is THE NICEST AND SWEETEST LADY EVER! She is always smiling, and when she makes my drink, how she does it is actually amazing. Luanna maybe? Regardless I love this location and it’s my fav spot anywhere around Cookeville! Yall are appreciated 🫶🏻“
