“The best the customer service at any Dunkin! Lesliy was very friendly easy to place my order and understood my need for a special order.. The manager Aaron was great she overheard i had an allergy and made sure to step up and ask what it was . (Gluten) and she changed her gloves and prepped the area without being ask and without making it a big deal .
They are great 👍 .going above and beyond without being asked means a lot to a customer! Keep up the great customer service.“
“Placed a mobile walk in order for 2 drinks, hash browns, and bacon.Had to wait 15 minute to receive the hash browns and bacon due to an oversight in workflow of staff.The drive through was extremely busy with keeping customers moving while the in store orders were slightly delayed.Staff were hectically busy but still nice and took time to assist us. They provided a few munchkins to compensate for the 15 minute wait we had.“
“Please leave the online open until 9:30 instead of 8pm. For the people who work 3rd like me. I go every day and order two drinks. The guy that works nights with dark hair is always the sweetest and makes our drinks the best. He’s even made my order right when I put it in wrong before. I give him 5 stars but I get anxiety when the online is off because I hate going up to a window right before close because I’ve been there and worked in food and I feel bad but like yall don’t close until 10 why turn it off at 8- 8:30? I definitely get 30 minutes till give you time to start cleaning up and stuff. I was also told there isn’t a district manager at the moment which I understand that too, but is there no one in the headquarters I can change that or owners?“
“I'm happy they built a Dunkin closer to my area. I don't go often, but when I do I only get coffee. They are friendly and service seems normal for that type of establishment. I haven't had to go back in for a correction yet as I have had to do many times at other eateries this year.“
“No matter the time or specific requests with my order, the employees always seem happy to help get me fed ASAP---which always betters my mood.

“90% of the time they get something wrong or make you wait way too long, i dont know if its just the employees (not all of them) not caring or just something about how the store is being ran, but its not okay when on several occasions of getting a hot coffee it has been both filled up way too much as well as the lid not being secured. The food is good and the coffee is good, but only when its done right and in a timely manner
Edit: recently ive been coming through and they have had great service and have definitely improved, maybe it was just a bad day“
“I placed a mobile order and got there about 3 minutes later. It was Sunday morning so they were definitely busy. The staff was friendly and talkative and I received my order which had several things to it in a very timely manner. It was a very nice overall experience“
