Dunkin' Donuts in Nashville

“Dunkin’ will always be my favorite coffee shop, but even still, not a lot of them can make my coffee just how I like it, this place, however, couldn’t have done it better.
The service was great! Two people in particular working there were very friendly and engaging, and they made the overall experience quite pleasant. If I knew their names, I would use them. Good food, drinks, and service, what more could you ask for?
It may not have a drive thru, but it’s definitely worth going inside and ordering face to face. Definitely 5 starts.“

“The general manager, Darius, is phenomenal! We had an issue with our catering order, and he went above and beyond to personally make things right. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out. It’s rare to see a manager take such a hands-on approach to resolving a problem and ensuring customers leave happy. “This is a great location. It’s normally pretty clean every time I’ve come in. I usually get a walk in mobile in the mid morning. I’ll see the same few guys working at that time and they always greet me good morning and wish me a good day when I walk out. Very attentive to who comes and goes which is always nice in a place of service. They also pretty consistently make my drink well. Good job to the managers and the workers!“

“i don’t understand all the negative reviews for this place. i live in the neighborhood that the Dunkin is in so im there 4-5x a week for coffee. the people are incredibly nice, customer service is always on point. the coffee is delicious and consistent, in fact i was never a a fan of Dunkin until i moved here and started going to this one regularly. they’re extremely consistent and kind. ONE time they gave me the wrong sandwich, but humans make errors. so all these entitled rude people leaving negative reviews for displayed incidents is just ridiculous. also, if you go to a place an hour before closing and they’re out of something- don’t be surprised or be so entitled that you expect them to make make more just for you lol god i hate people. THIS DUNKIN LOCATION IS FANTASTIC and these people deserve a raise.“

“I wasn’t greeted when I walked in which was kinda eh. I used the bathroom which was clean! Yay!
Once I started ordering the workers were super nice and suggested some options to try. Very helpful and polite.
I got the mango pineapple refresher with black tea. And that was absolutely not the right decision 😅
They didn’t recommend that one so I should have known better.“

“They didn't have many of the items I ordered. I couldn't hear the employee talking as they kept mumbling into the headset. They got my order wrong repeatedly until another person took their place. I'm very disappointed as I normally get pretty good service. But all this today, plus not having two of the three things I ordered.....“

“This was my first time at this Dunkin. I was super impressed. I have a ridiculous tea order, and they crushed it! My hashbrowns were hot, fresh, and delicious too. The store was very clean inside and looked bright and brand new. The kiosk was easy to order at, and my order came out quickly. I will be back to this Dunkin!“

Not only did she give me great customer Service, Her natural energy had the power to touch my heart that brought me into tears. I had to go inside and give her a hug. “Was in a slight rush to a tour at the Belle Meade Mansion when the girls went above and beyond. We had to wait just a few mins for our drinks and food. Girls came out with an extra drink AND hashbrowns for both sandwiches!! Amazing vibe from them girls and great all around“
