“Dunkin’ will always be my favorite coffee shop, but even still, not a lot of them can make my coffee just how I like it, this place, however, couldn’t have done it better.
The service was great! Two people in particular working there were very friendly and engaging, and they made the overall experience quite pleasant. If I knew their names, I would use them. Good food, drinks, and service, what more could you ask for?
It may not have a drive thru, but it’s definitely worth going inside and ordering face to face. Definitely 5 starts.“

His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for customer satisfaction really stood out. It’s rare to see a manager take such a hands-on approach to resolving a problem and ensuring customers leave happy. “The BEST sweet pepper snackin' bacon around Nashville. I've been to MANY Dunkin's down the I-24 and I-65 corridor and this location has the most flavorful bacon around. When I ASK for crispy bacon, I GET crispy bacon. The staff are polite, pleasant, smiling people. Hands down the only Dunkin's I'm going to now. The others just don't come close. Whatever they are doing here, they are doing it right. You can skip all the donut carbs and still TREAT yourself with the snackin' bacon and maybe some cold brew. Provecho!“

“The sweetest people I’ve ever came in contact with at dunkin. I go to dunkin 3-4 times a day in my area I have been a regular since 2015 & I drove 4 hrs away just to get 2 wicked tumblers coffee and a pup cup because no one in my city or my surrounding areas had the whole collection I appreciate the kindness they offered at this location I will be back to visit you guys.“

“I wasn’t greeted when I walked in which was kinda eh. I used the bathroom which was clean! Yay!
Once I started ordering the workers were super nice and suggested some options to try. Very helpful and polite.
I got the mango pineapple refresher with black tea. And that was absolutely not the right decision 😅
They didn’t recommend that one so I should have known better.“

“My 5 stars are for the two gentlemen working Thursday, 3/5 at 6:30am (green hair, small build black w/DD head covering). Considering there were 6 cars in the drive thru and 7 customers in the lobby, they were awesome! 🌟Professional, efficient, calm, polite and any other positive adjective you could think of. “They didn't have many of the items I ordered. I couldn't hear the employee talking as they kept mumbling into the headset. They got my order wrong repeatedly until another person took their place. I'm very disappointed as I normally get pretty good service. But all this today, plus not having two of the three things I ordered.....“

“This was my first time at this Dunkin. I was super impressed. I have a ridiculous tea order, and they crushed it! My hashbrowns were hot, fresh, and delicious too. The store was very clean inside and looked bright and brand new. The kiosk was easy to order at, and my order came out quickly. I will be back to this Dunkin!“
