The gentleman who cashed me out was very pleasant and kind. However the older lady didn’t seem to have any customer service experience. She handed me multiple drinks that were incorrect and had an attitude with me because they were wrong. I ended up with whatever she handed me all that were wrong and one was half full. Terrible, even for the poor standards of a Dunkin. It doesn't matter what time of day,or what day of the week you go, they will be out of something (maybe everything) you order.

On Valentines Day, I placed a mobile order for the specialty donuts. When I got to the window, I was told they were out of them (it wasn't even noon). I said to cancel the order. They did not. I later reported this to corporate because I initially wasn't going to do anything about it. Nothing was done. It's not the money. It's a matter of principle. Starbucks wouldn't blow off a customer.
