“Over all this is my favorite Dunkin.The service is always nice and they keep stuff clean but like some other dunkins, when I order a cold brew sometimes I get ice coffee and I can definitely tell the difference. It doesn't taste as good as cold brew and it upsets my stomach where Cold brew doesn't. Also, ice coffee is cheaper than cold brew so I feel like I'm getting cheated.If you're out of cold brew, just say it and offer an ice latte or something instead.“
