“I think people really need to start giving these understaffed places grace. If you put yourself in their shoes you'll start to see it from another view and have patience. It's really unfair for anyone to come at these people with disrespect bc of their impatience. Also, the complaints about freezer burnt food..what do you expect? You had to have known that it's Dunkin', not a 5 star breakfast diner. As far as them running out of donuts, you know obviously every donut lover in the world flocks to DUNKIN for DONUTS for their donut fix and so when you only order so much for a certain time period bc of guaranteed freshness quality, you run out. Kind of the norm...actually. You want fresh donuts right? I wonder if your guests got mad at you when you ran out of something during a cookout you hosted?! We gotta do better. The consideration needs to be present. The lack of understanding for these businesses among a bunch of impatient and entitled patrons is more discouraging then donut shortages or freezer burnt breakfast sandwiches. Do better people.
