“Out of all the Dunkin’s in Clarksville, this location is hands down the best one. They always get the order right and the drinks taste good. No matter how busy they are, the employees are always pleasant and friendly. There have been times where they are out of certain donuts or food, but they try their best to give other options available. I also cannot fault them if it’s been a super busy morning/day and they’ve run out of something. I much prefer that then dealing with the employees at the other locations, especially Wilma, where I simply ask a question and it’s met with a miserable employee there, that will usually make my order wrong or 8/10 times have not given me my complete order.“
“Morgan and Darn were absolutely fantastic customer service representatives. They helped me so much and gave me good donuts that were very tasty and plainly Good. I would highly recommend coming back to this establishment as I had a great time with all my friends and they enjoyed the donuts and drinks too!“
“What a great place for an afternoon coffee! The black coffee is always consistent. Staff is great, I can't remember the kid's name maybe Mylan or something, but he was super helpful and personable! Hands down best Dunkin in town.“
“I’m here every morning for my same iced coffee order, it’s the perfect way to get my day started before work! Lilah is one of the girls at the window & she’s always so friendly! They always do a great job making my order right & the one time it wasn’t quite right they were fast to fix it! Dan is a great asset to this location making sure things are running smoothly & efficiently. Sometimes they even sing the Barbie girl song to me in drive through 🎶 I love dunkin but the friendly faces here make it that much better!“

I ordered through the mobile app and hit the wrong pickup time. I called the store and explained what happen and the lady on the phone was so helpful and said she would wait until I came to make my drink. The phone hung up and she called right back to make sure everything was taken care of. I'm very thankful for her and wish I got her name so i could have tipped her! I went through drive thru and they said she wasn't there. If you work here and helped me on the phone today April 1st please let me know so I can stop by again! Thank you!
