“Not the best coffee but I really enjoed the butter pecan iced coffee. You get a lot for what you pay. Food is decently priced and isn't great but I like it.. Donuts always taste stale to me so I stay away from the donuts. I'm happy they have a turkey option because I don't eat pork.“
“This dunkin location is the only one of this kind around and I am so happy I've found it. First off I stay the night here every 3rd Wednesday and it works out perfectly with all the other places i live in around town (I love doing this) I hit my head a few times on the wall and it was perfect! Thanks Tyneequa! I don't know if your manager knows about this but you are the best! Never eaten the food but I'm sure it's great!“
“I am a regular at the St. B Dunkin. My employer/office and Dunkin share a parking lot. Today I went through the drive through instead of preordering my coffee, I received the wrong coffee. Since I also work with the public, I know we are all human and mistakes happen. I didn't have time to go back, so I tossed the coffee when I got to the office. I never called an complained or in any other way let them know about this mistake. As I stated it happens.Fast Forward an hour or so later, one of the ladies that work at Dunkin came to my office to give me a fresh correct latte'. She stated her manager felt bad for the mistake.Thank you ladies for going above and beyond! It truly pays off being nice to everyone in there it will pay you back in the most unexpected ways.“
“Visited while staying in the area. Got coffee and breakfast sandwiches for four people three days in a row. There was only one day that one coffee order needed to be remade- with customer service at an all time low, we definitely counted this as a big win!!“
“Snackin bacon is to die for. I absolutely love the Dunkin Location @1645 Ft.Campbell Blvd. I go in the mornings to enjoy My cold coffee, snackin bacon and egg and cheese roll up. I do my paperwork. It's a good relaxing environment. The staff there is so happy, very professional. I order when I get inside and by the time I sit down and prepare my paperwork my order is ready.
