“Ordered online but ate inside. Everything was made correctly and ready when we arrived. Highlight was meeting Aaron the GM. Very friendly asked if we were local and what brought us in. Made a point to thank us for stopping in. Definitely above and beyond the usual customer service when you have fast food. Great experience.“
“Like many fast food restaurants now days, the food is passable. By that I just mean it wasn't assembled/put-together very well. I ended up wearing on my person more then I ate. And no that's not a sign of my poor eating etiquette, haha...3.5 to 4.0 star. The staff by the way were nice the young lady taking my order at least.“
“I used to stop at this Hardee's years ago and it was kind of a let down. I took a chance the other night and everything was amazing. The staff was super friendly and the food was spot on . Went back the next day on my return trip back from Kingsport to Nashville just to see if they could do it again . And they were awesome again. Completely different staff and they were still amazing and the food was great. Marking this is one of my favorites.“
