I came here after coffee to try a local craft beer. Great location as they have fire pits on the patio which it was a perfect night for it. I tried the June Bug and it was a really good smooth beer. Some hints of fruit were present, and it was refreshing. Enjoying it by the fire pit made it even better. I would definitely come back.

Fun place. Really nice outside area. Really appreciate the non-alcoholic beers. A variety of drinks without alcohol. They serve food that looked yummy. Also, indoor seating.

I can’t say enough about this place! It’s such a great vibe with a nice outdoor area. We went here for the first time about a month ago and had a great experience. Next time we were in Cookville we had to go back. That’s when I tried Cali Creamin’. By far the best beer I’ve ever had! I had to have it the following weekend, so we went back and brought some friends with us. I can’t wait to go back to Cookville to get in my Cali Creamin’ fix! (Please don’t get rid of it!) Kudos to the bartender too… he was very knowledgeable and did a great job!

Great beer, great atmosphere, and awesome staff. Best brewery in Cookeville by a long shot. Definitely try the almanac ale!

Not a bad place, good beers but they seemed quite pricey for a small town brewery. Bartender was nice enough but not overly friendly.

Great atmosphere and love playing rockem sockem

Cutest small-town vibe brewery. Got a flight and tried 6 different beers - all of them amazing. Does not disappoint!!

Nice selection of beer (theirs as well as other breweries). Decent atmosphere with a nice outdoor sitting area. Biggest negative to me was the less then friendly bar maid (she wasn’t nasty but it was apparent she was not happy about spending a Sunday afternoon waiting on me). Music absolutely sucked. It may be good for a college dorm but not creating an environment where customers want to sit and enjoy a few beers!
Feels small and cozy, in a good way. Some breweries are crowded and feel sterile; Hix feels like you're instantly welcomed into the family.

Off the beaten path. Very laid back vibe. Good selection of craft beers on draft. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Fun trivia was going on while I was there too. Some good food as well.

Great neighborhood tap room, good selection on tap, and friendly staff that makes every visit fun. They don't serve food, but are surrounded by great restaurants, and do have a taco truck that sets up camp out front on a regular basis. They also have music throughout the week, so it's a great place to catch local musicians, and they occasionally have poetry on their open mic nights. All in all, an enjoyable place to spend an afternoon or evening, and reasonably priced.
