Hamburgers was hot.Fries was white/uncooked warm.4 employees working never came asked for refills or how the meal was. 2 complaining about going home as new customer came in and left saying going to burger king since no one acknowledged him to take his order. Was always a Mini burger customer from teenager years. Over all not worth it.

So I tried min burger for the first time today and watching the lady make my food was horrendous. First I asked them for no onion and I watched her pick up a burger that had been sitting there for a minute and scrape the onion off of it. I not only found this disgusting and lazy but extremely dangerous for people with food allergies. It would have taken her 2 minutes if that to make a fresh burger with no onions. So I will not be returning and will be recommending this place to anyone. Plus they need to work on their customer service.

Hamburgers were ok, but service was non existent. 4 ladies and one guy in area but no one followed up after we received meal. Three people walked out after not receiving a greeting or as much as aNod from anyone. Fries undercooked, actually cold inside.I figured my bill and deducted fries left money on counter and never received comment or as much as a hold on sir…Will not be back,Used to go here on dates 30 years ago. Sorry to see it go .

I honestly don't get the hype with this place. I ordered the plus burger and fries. It was just ok, mediocre at best. The burger had no flavor. The French fries were soggy. The only good things I can say is it was clean and the server was very nice and helpful. I probably won't be back.

Stopped in for a quick bite before running more errands. Nice, clean place with about old school lunch counter vibe. The burgers and fries were tasty.

Food was eh. The burgers left a not so great taste in my mouth. The fries and coke were both great. The best part was the service. The girl wearing a NASA face mask was so kind, genuine, and cut up with us and joked. She was wonderful!

Bring back the old mini burger.Tried to order a "plus" burger and after I order and she sends to the kitchen informs me it will take 10 to 15 minutes. This is while we are in the drive thru looking for quick service. It seemed to be an issue with the lady as she rolled her eyes and stormed to tell them to stop making it. Also took onion rings off the menu. It looks fancy and all but bring back the old mini burger.

i just had the worst experience all of the employees talking and I was behind a car at the window they were just sitting there . the people in the car didnt have enough since to pull around so I could order I guess they ordered and was sitting there waiting on the two girls at the grill talking to finish their order. That was my first time attempting to eat there I just drove off and that parking lot is worst the parking lot behind JcPenny. if that is how it is supposed to be run people parked in drive thru while the people who work there are talking I m not going back. Ok the window is for convenience not speed so I guess it depend what perspective you look at it,,, because it was not convenient or quick. One of three employess could have acknowledge and let me know instead of acting like they did nt see someone behind the vehicle but they were standing around talking and so I cant find one thing about that experience to try to make lemonade out of lemons,
