We have been a customer of the Red Lobster in Cookeville for many years. We can't say enough positive things about Ms. Ramona. She is the best. She is incredibly helpful, very professional and always available to answer any questions. We have lived in many places and explored many restaurants and Ms. Ramona is the most hospitable and kind we have ever seen. Our toddler son Neil loves her.

The food was great. This was the first time I have ever had the Manger, Sheila, take my order or deliver my food to the table. She was terrific. She provided the best service. She was so friendly and nice. While she is not a usual waitress/server, she has the skills and is a great one. Thank you Sheila for making a nice meal into a great one.

Wheelchair accessibility: My cousin is in a wheelchair and the staff made it easy for her to roll up to the table....

Food was delicious. I want to give a big shout out to Sheila the Manager as she stepped in and took over the service as I had been sitting with no service and she took the order and served me. Absolutely amazing person and great manager. She is truly a keeper and shows that she cares about the customers through her doors. Can’t say enough good things about her.
