We love eating here and it is always delicious, no matter what we get. Our last server, Gracie, was excellent, helpful and friendly. The manager came out to speak with us and she was great also. However, we wish something could be changed. We LOVE the seafood boil, however my wife could not get a substitution. She loves snow crab, but not lobster or shrimp. They could not substitute for the crab instead of lobster/shrimp. If that could change, we would eat here every week. I...
We have been a customer of the Red Lobster in Cookeville for many years. We can't say enough positive things about Ms. Ramona. She is the best. She is incredibly helpful, very professional and always available to answer any questions. We have lived in many places and explored many restaurants and Ms. Ramona is the most hospitable and kind we have ever seen. Our toddler son Neil loves her.
