“Have gone to this Sonic place for years. It can be busy and you may have to wait a little, but it is worth it. The cheeseburgers are the best.And, the Jumbo Popcorn Chicken is good too.The deals that they have with the slushes are very helpful since we are going through inflation right now. Usually there is plenty of places to order at this location. The servers are friendly and helpful. I think they just started to incorporate a way to do tips for the servers by credit card. Before, it was cash only to give tips.“
“I love Sonic and regularly visit the Crossville and Knoxville locations. The food is always on point and comes out quickly. However, the odd thing about the Cookeville location is there is no regular installed drive through. This is fine and dandy if the food comes out quickly but on my first visit here, I waited 17 minutes for the carhop to deliver. The food was perfect but the service at this location was lackluster this day. I'll be back for another go at it next week and we'll see if it was a fluke or the way the Cookeville location is ran.
