Waited 28 min on 2 drinks. Then the drink weren’t even the ones we ask for! A had a rude waitress. Never have I had this problem at my home town sonic. Very disappointing

On some visits, customers experience delays, such as waiting 17 minutes for delivery, while other times the food is perfect and the service is quick. The pricing for drinks may still be considered a bit steep, and some improvements are suggested, like the position of the menu sign, which should ideally be in front of the car. While Sonic has its good days and bad days depending on the location, many still express a fondness for the brand and appreciate the effort of the car hops.
