“My boyfriend and I stopped by tonight and we were greeted with the sweetest worker. Isaac was the only worker in the building, but still made time to not only greet every single person that came in, but he did it with a smile. After talking to him I found out today was only his second day. You wouldn’t be able to tell though. Isaac cleared out the line in a timely manner all while keeping up with online orders. I didn’t expect to walk into subway tonight and leave in a better mood all because of the worker. Isaac had the best attitude I’ve ever seen from a fast food employee which says a lot considering he was the only worker there and dealing with a lot of orders. His station stayed clean, he treated every single person with respect, and kept a smile on his face the entire time. I truly hope he gets the praise he deserves for being such an amazing worker. As a previous manager in fast food, I would have been ecstatic to have a worker like Isaac. It’s so hard to find good workers and this restaurant has one of the best. “I don't know why so many bad reviews st this subway best one I have been at I door dash and their great how they handle the order down to getting me out fast...my personal orders are always perfect I ordered on the app at 11at night and asked for it to be delivered it was here at 1127 and it was hot and fresh perfect in every way exactly how I wanted it thanks soooo much went to the Walmart one and the guy was rude and messed up my order so bad I won't go bak to that one I'll stay loyal to this one“

When I say she is one of the most friendly and personable people that I have dealt with in the food industry in a very long time, I'm not even exadurating!“
“My recent trip to the Washington subway was a pleasant surprise when I was greeted by the new manager Heather. I was so pleased with the courteous service I received. Heather was so very kind and friendly while making sandwiches for us.
I have frequented this subway for the last few years and I can say this was the best experience I had since I started going.

“We placed our order in store because when we placed it on-line when we got in the store we were told that they DID NOT accept ANY BOGO coupons or the three (3) footling subs for $17.99. They said the owner did not honor ANY coupons mailed to our home either here in Smithville, Tennessee. I have been going to Subway for over 20 years and the OTHER locations I have been to honor all coupons. It's really confusing when a store does not honor nationally advertised coupons. Their customer service and cleanliness is great.“
