“The employees were really nice here. The restrooms were clean. Restaurant was considerably clean. The subs are subway style, of course. Quiet atmosphere except for the few kids that were in there. Service was quick. I had the steak sub with various vegetables, the jalopeneos were hot!“

“Austin made my husbands and I' sandwiches perfectly. He was extremely polite and paitent especially when one of pilots employees who was in front of me rudely instructed him how to make her BLT wrap interrupting my ordering process when she already had winter making hers. He will be an amazing employee one day! Just gotta learn the menu. I wish more employees were like austin.“

“Came in January 29, 2026. Ordered a simple sandwich (double meat turkey with provolone toasted) and it was an average subway experience. Worker was friendly and a had some good small talk with the man near the kitchen. My sandwich was toasted well and made correctly. Bar seemed clean and there was care to not cut my sandwich with a dirty knife (which I appreciate as it’s happened before at other locations). Shop was clean and picked up, cookies were fresh and soft. My only complaint was the soda tap tasted weird, my guess is that it just needs a syrup refill but otherwise this was a good experience, sandwich was tasty“
“Tonight I was served by JimJohn and we chatted while making my sandwich. He told me that 2 weeks ago he rung the bell on his cancer chemo treatment. Even though he’s dealing with health issues he had such a positive attitude! He’s awesome! Give him a raise and treat him well because it’s hard to find the good customer service I experienced tonight. Oh and by the way… my sandwich was top tier! Down to the very last bite!“
“I had a horable experience at the Subway on Main St. Walked out mid order because the customer service was so bad. I ended up driving to the Franklin store and the service here was excellent!
