“Came in to this location to use a coupon and unfortunately they do not accept them. This location is super clean and the workers are really nice and polite.
I am hungry so I ordered my sandwich anyway- first time I’ve gotten a subway sandwich in years. My footlong veggie delight sub is nearly $10 now which is wild… But it is definitely not the workers fault.“

“This review is long overdue for the Subway on Long Hollow Pike. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I moved to Goodlettsville eight years ago and occasionally stop by for lunch or to grab something for my family. Quality of food is always good and environment clean. One day, I was so hungry that I ran down there for a sub, but when it was time to pay, I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I was incredibly embarrassed, but the staff treated me with kindness and told me to take the sandwich and come back to pay later. Being an honest person, I ate the sandwich in my car and immediately drove home to get my wallet before returning to pay them. I don't know many restaurants that would do this. Since then, I have held great respect for the owner and their compassionate approach to service. I hope the same kindness they showed to me continues over take them when they need it the most for their family and business. Thank you and may God continue to bless you.“
