Chef Chad is awesome! Not only is he a great cook, but he has taken the time to strengthen Cookeville’s up and coming. He had allowed me and my students to apprentice at his restaurant. He is a blessing to this town! Cookeville’s food scene is going to be amazing because of his cooking and influences!
