“Maroon Brew is a much needed and welcome addition to the Collierville bar and restaurant landscape. Some friends and I tried it out last night and we had a great time. The beers and food are good. The staff is great. My suggestions for improvement include additional comfortable seating areas and a better beer cheese with the pretzels. (And the warm water on tap was a little weird.) Admittedly, these are minor changes. We’ll be back soon. Thanks for starting this business in our community. Best wishes for success.“

“I have read the other reviews on this customer but I don't agree with the negative feedback. The staff was polite and professional. I arrived at 0910 for a 1000 appointment. Was loaded with paperwork and out by 1045. Plenty of room to back in.“
