The best hummus assortment I’ve had in a long time! They catered my friend’s mom’s birthday celebration and absolutely nailed it.
The entire team was professional, energetic, and clearly passionate about what they do. The food was incredibly delicious, and I honestly lost count of the different hummus varieties they served. Most of the menu is vegan-friendly, making it a great option for a wide range of guests.

Loved our experience there. I had a bowl with rice, lemon chicken, hummus, cucumbers, lettuce...and more. You can build it the way you like. Fantastic!The cucumber& jalepeno lemonade is amazing.
Just wow! The food is high quality and in-house made. Every time I get a bowl, it's more than I can eat and the ingredients are so fresh. The portions are crazy generous and delicious. Give these guys a go, you won't be disappointed. I haven't found anything anywhere close in any franchise restaurant. I hope to see Hummus Republic around for a long time!

Hummus Republic offers quick, customizable, and delicious food, described as a good spot for healthier options on the go. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, with a nice clean atmosphere. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, kind enough to explain the available sauces. Popular menu items include wraps with gyro meats, hummus, and pita chips, where guests can try five different types of hummus, particularly the zesty. The dolmades are vegetarian, tender, and tasty. The gyro is excellent, but the falafel sandwich on pita bread is a favorite, with flavor brightened by lemon zest and excellent homemade tzatziki sauce. The lemonades are dangerously good and super refreshing. While the food is wonderful and tastes incredibly fresh, the food does not always look appealing as it could, and the chairs are hard and uncomfortable. A suggestion is to have a display with the five most popular customizations, giving them cute names like The Elvis or The Tiger Combo.
