Great fresh food and great service!
This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW!
Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, kind enough to explain the available sauces. Popular menu items include wraps with gyro meats, hummus, and pita chips, where guests can try five different types of hummus, particularly the zesty. The dolmades are vegetarian, tender, and tasty. The gyro is excellent, but the falafel sandwich on pita bread is a favorite, with flavor brightened by lemon zest and excellent homemade tzatziki sauce. The lemonades are dangerously good and super refreshing. While the food is wonderful and tastes incredibly fresh, the food does not always look appealing as it could, and the chairs are hard and uncomfortable. A suggestion is to have a display with the five most popular customizations, giving them cute names like The Elvis or The Tiger Combo.
