“This is one of my favorite restaurants in Miami, which is why this experience was disappointing. The food was excellent as always, and the atmosphere remains great. However, the service felt rushed. The server seemed eager for us to place our order, brought the check without offering a dessert menu, and when I asked about desserts, he appeared annoyed and responded, “Oh, you want dessert?” This was the first time I've ever received this kind of treatment here. I truly hope this was an isolated experience, as I've always enjoyed coming back.“

“Don’t let the exterior deter you. The builder placed the building directly in the sun, so the windows have to be tinted.
Inside there is plenty of indoor seating with movable tables. So it’s a great spot for a small lunch/dinner gathering. Our party of 14 ordered everything from noodles, sushi, appetizers, Gyoza, and Hibachi steak, chicken & shrimp. It was all so good. Especially the oranges after :-). So grateful for our small town Sen Sushi.“

Freshly cooked ingredients are made to order with care and time. The food had a delicate balance of flavors which can be tasted by taste buds. The prices are reasonable. “Kirby location: They BURNT my rice :( Usually the rice is great. But this time I literally smelled burnt food when I walked in and my rice tasted like the bottom of the skillet and had black specks on it. If I wasn’t starving, I woulda took it back in for a remake…very disappointed. Im a regular customer. I probably go once or twice a month now. I gave em 4 stars because the food is usually on point. I feel like they keep pans of premade rice and meat then heat it up soon as they get an order. I like Sake Vs Tekila much better. I will give them another try tho.“

“Some of the best sushi you will find in Memphis area. I’ve eaten at both restaurants within this week and both excellent. Man who complained about slow service evidently doesn’t know we are in a pandemic and expect service to be the same as before. Patience is key. I will say service was fast both times. I had the large egg drop soup and it was delicious. I also had the age tofu and they make it extra spe ial with the bonita flakes and furikake on top with a nice sauce with a little kick. I also had the cucumber salad. Nothing too special; however they julienne them instead of slicing, which i really enjoyed.
BF had the churashi special and he said it was great. He had miso soup, salad, and a generous portion of different sashimi with roe on top.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. I highly recommend coming here.“

“Tokyo GriLL has some of the Best Rice 🍚 I have tasted. I have been to a lot of Chinese Rice spots in my city 🌆 and this one☝🏽takes the points. Rice 🍚 so good and hot with steam everytime. Chinese Rice 🍚 off the ChizzLe(good)! Even the veggie 🥦 fried rice is good. Food very affordable. I promise that you won’t regret eating 🥣 here for Lunch or Dinner 🍽️ !!!“
