Friendly service! The store was spotless and the girl with the arm tattoos helped me put together a matcha that was so good I went back for another!

Starbucks Coffee Company serves delicious coffee that is well made, with nice service at times. The apple croissant is also delicious. However, the music can be so loud that it is hard to think, making it difficult for meetings or using a laptop. Some reviewers recall that Starbucks used to be a great and welcoming place before the pandemic, where they would spend hours writing or reading. The customer service at the drive thru has stood out as welcoming, friendly, and able to put a smile on a face. Yet, experiences with mobile orders vary. One morning, the line was backed up, and inside, it was so slow that a customer had to ask three different employees for a muffin, with no one acknowledging anyone waiting. Another mobile order through the drive thru was great, but a whole coffee bean was found at the top of the cup. The hope is that they can get it together.
