I must say the food was excellent. Their Brisket is the 1st Ive found in Tn that is as good as if it was Tx done. That's a huge thing if you ever ate Brisket in Tx.

I just want Spark drivers to know if you deliver here, it will be a large order from Sam’s Club, and THEY do NOT tip. I drove 8 miles one way for NO tip. If you support this restaurant, please let them know they should tip their drivers as we are GIG workers and not a delivery service like US Foods, whose drivers are paid by the company! To be fair, the order filled up my trunk and back seat. Loaves of bread, industrial sized canned goods, several gallon cases of BBQ sauce as well as many other items.

Had takeout for the first time here. We got the three meat plate and 4 sides to share. The meat brisket, ribs, and sauces were so good. Mac and cheese was good, mashed potatoes could use seasoning and butter, beans and slaw were excellent. All in all a good first experience... it's all I needed to eat all day! Will be coming back when I need my brisket fix!
