So glad we went in when we did. The place got packed after we sat down. I can understand why. It was amazing. The decor itself set the tone. Absolutely gorgeous. The food was beyond delicious. Even after we filled our bellies (servings were huge) watching the other plates that came out was so much fun. Meals sizzling on platters and even served in a half pineapple. I called in an order to eat and were on lunch break. When we got there, my food had just been set on the table. Polo fundido, it's fajita veggies, with a large piece of grilled chicken, topped with loads of mozzarella cheese. Served on a fajita skillet still steaming and sizzling! The food here is literally so good!!! We have been so disappointed with some of the local mexican restaurants but Don Jose was so good!! Great service and great food!! We will for sure be back.
