I ordered a bbq pulled chicken sandwich with a bun and I got just a bowl of chicken, plain. French fries do not feel cooked well and are greasy. Have to come home and recook them.

I must say the food was excellent. Their Brisket is the 1st Ive found in Tn that is as good as if it was Tx done. That's a huge thing if you ever ate Brisket in Tx.

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by our dinner here. The best fried pickles! They had a smoked flavor and were fresh & crispy and the perfect bite size to dip in one of the best sauce we ever had! They make their own in house ranch that has this insanely delicious Smoky flavor that will have you hooked! Also to note is the dining room was immaculate, incredibly clean. Each table was prestine ...no crumbs or nasty sticky residue, well maintained. The brisket was good, Mac & cheese was yummy, although I personally would have preferred for it to have come out hotter in the dish...Cole slaw was unique, I'll be honest it didn't make the list for me personally. However, that's not stopping us from going back and trying everything else on the menu and picking up a bottle of STR Ranch! I highly recommend you stop in and give them a try! The owner is passionate about his cooking and takes the time to check in on your experience which adds a nice touch as well. Looking forward to the next flavorful meal!
I just want Spark drivers to know if you deliver here, it will be a large order from Sam’s Club, and THEY do NOT tip. I drove 8 miles one way for NO tip. If you support this restaurant, please let them know they should tip their drivers as we are GIG workers and not a delivery service like US Foods, whose drivers are paid by the company! To be fair, the order filled up my trunk and back seat. Loaves of bread, industrial sized canned goods, several gallon cases of BBQ sauce as well as many other items.

Had takeout for the first time here. We got the three meat plate and 4 sides to share. The meat brisket, ribs, and sauces were so good. Mac and cheese was good, mashed potatoes could use seasoning and butter, beans and slaw were excellent. All in all a good first experience... it's all I needed to eat all day! Will be coming back when I need my brisket fix!
