The server at the drive thru got our order incorrect and didn’t apologize when we pulled back around. He said he was the manager then when I looked at the prices it turns out we were charged for the missing food item.

Wait times are crazy. Workers act irritated and angry. Then we tried to order on Saturday evening, the work area was trashed. They also were out of multiple toppings and chocolate ice cream.
Like, I get they’re busy, but don’t be unkind to the customers. That was really disappointing.

Contrary to some surprisingly negative reviews, I do like this place very much. I’m a lifelong Pennsylvanian and my fiancée is a lifelong Tennesseean. We were in town visiting her family this week as we both live up north now. The burgers were excellent, the service was acceptable, place was clean, prices were reasonable. I’ll be back when we come back to visit family again. I’m a fan of this place!

First time to this location. I can't say enough about the food. Have tried several items. All of them I would order again (and do). The ice cream is amazing and hits the spot on a hot afternoon or evening. Parking here is great, easy to find, easy to get I to. Dining area is smaller than other location but works. Bathrooms were clean and staff is friendly and do a great job. I gave 4 stars on the atmosphere because of how tight it is, but they have made good use out of the space they have. The atmosphere is a country diner. Pricing is a little higher than expected but I never leave hungry and the food is worth it in my opinion.

Wheelchair accessibility: Level parking lot, not steps to get in and is on one level. Doors are wide enough for wheelchairs although dining area may be a bit tight.

Multiple issues. Called to place my order to go. Was told it would only be 5 or 10 minutes(GREAT!!) so I head to the diner to pick up my food and there is a line with 4 cars in front of me that didn't move for 10 minutes and only 1 car. I decided to go inside to pick up my food and of course it was ready and sitting there getting cold. I asked one of the girls why the drive thru was taking so long and she said it could be because of baseball tryouts. Umm everytime yall have taken more than 5 min to make my stuff you make me pull up. Needless to say I just got my food home and I'm having to heat it back up. There are nothing but teenagers that have never had jobs there working so they are all kinda just looking at eachother. I am very disappointed with this experience.

I ordered a Filly Cheese stake but some how they forgot to put cheese I mean it’s right in the name how can you forget that. The bun the the meat was on was also very soggy and they fries I would give under a 3 out of 10.
