Was very fast with the food. They knew regulars orders as soon as they walked in the door from just seeing their faces and very expedient on getting to you severing you and the food was fast in fresh . Down the road a bit is a wendys if you don't like fish might just see me in the wendys as im a manager there occasionally when they need me

Wifey and I stopped at the Covington store for dinner. What we received was not only a delicious hot meal, in a clean environment, but we witnessed a staff that raised the bar in professionalism. During our visit a lady came in with two orders that were not correct. She explain to the manager in a polite manner her issue in turn the manager listened attentively and offered no challenge/interruption. Once the problem was explained the manager opened the bag looked at the food and...

The food is typical of all Captain D’s. I always get butterfly shrimp, and the cocktail sauce is always sitting out at room temperature even though the container says to keep refrigerated.
