My daughter and I absolutely love Southern Charm. We have frequented their establishment since they first opened in Cross Plains. I LOVE their lattes and my toddler loves their cake pops. To my husband's dismay our daughter's favorite question is, "mama we go get coffee?" 😂🤣 Quality is always top notch and their team members are always friendly. They can get backed up but it's always worth the wait.

We stopped by to grab breakfast. We looked at the menu ahead of time and saw the note that the items are pre-prepared. No problem. What I didn’t expect was to order muffin tops and they be given to me completely frozen. I’m talking ice cold out of the freezer. They could have thrown them in the microwave with the burrito that was as hot as lava to defrost them. Also, I was shocked at the price.
