Was charged $1.00 more for coffee one morning. I questioned and was told ...we don't control prices. Next time and every time since has always been the cheaper price. I am not sure why I was charged over $4.00 for a medium hot coffee when it is always $3.05.

Drive thru customer service was great. She was very kind, and she wished me a blessed day. MD latte was half foam for $5. It didn't taste like a $5 beverage. I prefer GrinderHouse coffee.

The workers are always super nice but every time I ask for a vanilla creme donut I get a damned boston creme. I hate boston creme so I just end up waisting money in the end. I understand it can be difficult to tell sometimes but as someone who used to work at Dunkin you just have to make sure. Takes a second to double check instead of just grabbing the first donut you see
