The staff was sick so they had to shut down and still made sure they filled my order which was kind of a big one for my dad's memorial. They treated me and my family with such kindness that it made a sad time just a little bit better. Many family members asked where did this come from? I said Flying Pig and they will be coming for more wings because they got all ate up. Thank you so much for helping us during this hard time. ❤️

Can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this establishment. Thought I had, but now’s a great time to do so! Honestly one of my favorite food spots in town. This place has catered many family events and parties for my family. Many days after work I don’t want to cook, and I've ordered family packs for myself to munch on for a few great meals. At least twice a month, my boss and I go here for a peaceful ambiance to discuss work stuff. So just there’s not enough good stuff to say about this place! Everytime someone says “you wanna go to the Flying Pig?” The answer is always a clangorous vociferous YES!

​If I could give The Flying Pig more than five stars, I absolutely would. Let's start with the obvious: the food is heavenly. The pulled pork BBQ loaded baked potato is an absolute masterpiece, and their pasta salad is the perfect, fresh complement! You just can't beat their quality.
​Furthermore, the staff is truly immaculate. They are wonderful people who always go above and beyond.
​But what really sets this place apart is their incredible heart. I recently saw their post about having to close temporarily due to illness, and it just reminded me of their dedication. Even when their doors are closed due to emergencies or necessity, this team still manages to do more for our community with the lights off than some people do working a full 12-hour shift.
​I highly value this incredible team, their integrity, and the amazing food they bless us with. They are a true treasure.

My husband loved his pulled pork platter. We both thought the meat was SO tasty. The sides on the platter were really good. The pulled chicken nachos were very bland, we both thought so. Also putting ice cold beans and corn on warm meat and cheese sauce cools the food down too quickly. The staff is friendly and quick and you certainly get your monies worth. Next time I'm getting pulled pork!!

We’ve been to the restaurant numerous times and always have great service and great food. Last minute decision in September to have our wedding in our back yard and I called and asked if catering was even a possibility and of course it was. The owner called me back shortly after my initial call and helped me get everything settled easily. We kept in touch leading up to our wedding as I of course had to make additions to the event and Kelly was more than accommodating with my add ons. The day of he showed up with food our guests are still raving about. Everything was perfect and he eased my stress over the meal tremendously. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I have tried ordering a small catering order for a week now and every time I called I would get told the person that takes those orders is not here to call back later so I did and every time I tried it was a different reason on why they can't take my order. So today I call and someone answers said we are closed today and literally hangs up on me. When there hours says they are open until 6p.
So I will be taking my business somewhere else!!

Good local BBQ. Friendly staff. Convenient to the Buc-ee's and so much better. Lots more options for plated food and you get to sit down.

The food is wonderful. Their wings are great. It is not high brow dinning, you will be eating from a foam tray. But the food and employees are great.

We served Flying Pigs BBQ at my daughter's wedding reception and it was absolutely delicious. After sampling BBQ from all around the area it was an easy choice. Highly recommend them! Very professional and easy to work with.

I’ve purchased from them for years, but in May I purchased a pound of pulled pork and it was awful! No flavor and chopped up like it was run through a food processor. Their baked beans use to be the best, with meat in it and seasoned just right. Monday I purchased a quart of baked beans and they were just like Bush’s baked beans except they had lots of bbq sauce dumped in it. If I wanted Bush’s baked beans except, I would have went to the store and bought some. No more business from me. I’ve since found a much better establishment that serves true pulled pork.
