McDonald's in Crossville

“It is sad that a worldwide chain has such little standards for the franchises and the quality of food and service recieved. We eat at multiple Mcdonalds locations and it is almost expected that the order will be wrong, food will be cold or there will be some other issue. we Have ordered breakfast online on the app and had it refused to be made because theur lines were ling and it was 10:38am when we got to the drivethru window for pickup. (order placed at 10am) and had to wait for 2 days for a refund to go back on our card...and the managnent doesnt have service skills to offer a resolution a coupon or a way to make customers seen or appreciated or valued when there are problems and the 800 # doesnt follow up with you...Today our mcdonalds was out french fries. How is Mcdonalds out of French Fries?? and how do you sell value meals on the apps and delivery services that include fries when you dont have fries there to sell or a replacement item or price adjustment?“

“best mcdonald's i have ever visited. we went around 4pm on a sunday and got 2 of those $5 meal deals. it was fast and fresh. the fries were hot. there was an extra nugget in my 4pc, and they weren't stingy with the sauces. everyone working was incredibly polite. keep up the good work, y'all! we were impressed!“

“20251228 First time here. My pup's glucose was very low and she loves McDs fries. Arrived around a little after 1. The employees were helpful and nice. First time ordering a latta at any of the McDs. I usually go to Starbucks and I should have. The caramel latta tasted like burnt coffee, and I not a coffee drinker. The fries were short, as though I got the bottom of the batch. There was no napkins included in the bag. Good thing I have some in the car. Maybe I've never tasted the type of coffee roast used by McDs, but the short fries... I definitely wasn't expecting that. Oh if you are looking for Grinch stuff, this location is sold out.“
