Four visits in four weeks and you’re still sending me home with missing items. I’ve paid for food I never received. This has also happened before. Now stop ignoring my messages, provide a response, sort out your staff and start fixing your mess. I want to pick up what I order and don’t fancy running a drive-thru version of Russian roulette, followed by apparently playing ‘guess what’s in the bag’.
It is sad that a worldwide chain has such little standards for the franchises and the quality of food and service recieved. We eat at multiple Mcdonalds locations and it is almost expected that the order will be wrong, food will be cold or there will be some other issue. we Have ordered breakfast online on the app and had it refused to be made because theur lines were ling and it was 10:38am when we got to the drivethru window for pickup. The Belleville Illinois McDonald’s serve the nastiest food ! My granddaughter couldn’t eat her happy meal! The hamburger was slimy, the fries were soggy and dark brown, the apples were spoiled!!! How are they getting by with selling this garbage?!!!!!! And they won’t answer the phone!!!! Absolutely disgusting!! Wasting my hard earned money!!!! WTH ,,, McDonald’s is Not good place anymore!!!!!
