Just about every six months I attempt to see if Pour House has improved any. Today I ordered the Korean Spicy Bowl with Pork for take-out. Got home and the pork was nothing but burnt gristle. Maybe I'm ordering the wrong things or it's just bad luck.

What a great find! The food was off the charts good, melt in your mouth and full of flavor! The drinks were smooth and the staff treated you like family, on point and so friendly. Definitely going again when back in town!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and fantastic menu. Came with a party of 5 and had a great time. I had the Shrimp and Grits bowl with alligator sausage. Delicious! Will definitely come again

Ordered at 11:05 right after they opened and almost no other patrons there. It's now 12:15 and we still don't have our food. That is not good service. This has happened before.

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. When we entered, we were seated promptly and the hostess was very kind. The atmosphere was old time industrial, but he was done really well. The food came at a reasonable time and it tasted amazing. The prices were also very reasonable and the staff was very prompt. BitedandBordersTravel rated it at a 5 of 5. You should try this place out.

Would give it a zero stars if possible. Called to place a to go order and was told to come in and place order. Showed up and the Bartender decided he was too busy to take my order. Don’t know the owners but maybe fire the bartender for turning away business. An absolute letdown. 👎👎👎👎👎

The food is amazing. The staff is top notch. Our server, Jyam, was the right amount of attentive and made us feel at home. Can't say enough good things about this joint.

i’m not one to leave a bad review but this experience was by far not 5 star worthy. can’t even rate the food because we never got it. waited 15 minutes to get greeted, 5 more for drinks mind you it was only 3 of us that ordered and we ordered when we got our drinks. we waited over an hour, nothing. never seen our server till i had to say something and she finally came and said it was on the way. waited another 15 minutes and the table that got seated behind us 30 minutes into us waiting got there food we finally decided to leave. not a great experience at all. 0/5 stars

Have frequented a few times and usually enjoy this establishment, but not today. Three of us waited 50 minutes for our lunch to arrive after placing our orders with the waitress. After waiting 40 minutes, we waved down our waitress. Up to this point, she never checked on us once. We asked how much longer our food would be, she rudely said that there would be more of a wait…no apology or explanation. We ordered one power bowl, fish taco and Baja tacos…these should not have taken 50 minutes! The Baja pork tacos were extremely dry with very little pineapple salsa. I asked for more salsa and was brought avocado sauce and charged extra for it. The so-called Asian slaw was just shredded cabbage without any dressing. Tables around us were also very late in getting their food. There wasn’t any manager that we could see or we would have voiced complaints. We had an afternoon performance to attend, so our time to eat was quite limited…we boxed up what we didn’t have time to eat. Would I go back to The Pour House? Definitely not! Such a shame as it is unique for the town of Crossville.

Our waiter and food was amazing. But this place isn’t really family friendly, tried to call ahead to order for sit down so our little ones don’t go wild, they informed me that’s against policy. I would recommend to the manager for many reasons to change the policy.
