Vegas Steakhouse & Lounge

We received great service at the bar and the restaurant. There was a 45 minute wait to be seated at a table. So we went to the bar to get a drink and an appetizer. I didn't mind the wait but I did notice that the outdoor tables were empty. So either if they don't have enough people to cook, or they don't have enough waiters. Because there was definitely enough people to fill those spots. Many people would come in and find that there was a forty five minute wait and would leave - and the hostess was obviously used to them just turning around, so this is not the first time. The food was excellent, including chicken parm, new york strip steak (cooked perfectly) and a shrimp and cheese dish. The only thing that could have been better is the calamari - way overcooked or it was from frozen calamari. This is the time of year where you can get fresh calamari, and should. It was rubbery.
When we walked back to our table, there must have been eight empty tables that were probably for reservations. It was 10 after 6. So I'm assuming that those reservations were for 6 o'clock tables, but it could have been later, who knows? The hostess.
But overall, this was a really good experience - good food and pleasant service really goes a long way. And we will be back again.

Ordered bone in ribeye it was the toughest ribeye steak that I have ever received for 30.00. Won't be going back.

I called in a takeout order for the eggplant Parmesan, and it was without a doubt, the BEST I have ever had! Award winning! I am looking forward to trying other items on their menu.

This place has some of the most amazing food I’ve had in Tennessee…. However, my crew and i tried to have dinner here tonight 5/12/26 on the bar side there were only people at approximately 3 tables and after waiting 15+ minutes and multiple servers walking past none acknowledged us or asked if we wanted a drink or a menu. We routinely since we have been working in the area spend $300ish plus tip every time we come. And now we most likely will never come back because of the lack of service even tho we are now doing a project much closer to your restaurant

Great food tonight. Our service was excellent. I don't remember her name but she was very good. We had chicken parmesan eggplant Parmesan and 2 steaks. Everything was great. The place was full luckily we had called ahead for reservations. Definitely recommend this place.

Food was mostly cold. One bite of broccoli was both hot and cold indicating it was likely cooked in a microwave. Onion rings and French fries were both cold when they arrived to the table and extra greasy. Indicating they had been dipped in the fryer 3 or more times. The burger and chicken were not cold but they were not hot.

The appetizer was hot. We paid $9 for 4 stuffed mushrooms. $2.25 each. Each mushroom was about the size of a nickel with about 3/4 in of breading on top.

Server couldn’t answer many question about the menu.

Dr. pepper was served from a pitcher. Guessing it sits in the back while waiting as the drink was flat.

Been several years since last visit. Seated upon entering and service was good. Food was brought out in a timely manner and tasted good. Would return again if back in the area.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. Courteous valets direct you to the restaurant from the entrance of the Ritz-Carlton. Once inside the modern design dining room, the panoramic view comes into focus. Every staff member is pleasant and attentive. Attention was paid to our anniversary date. Our server Chad was excellent and filled with personality. We were met with wonderful greeting cocktails (mini-smoked old fashions.) The food was a match for all the other superior dining factors - Hamachi crudo, wedge salad, halibut, filet Mignon - all outstanding and recommended. Great wine and cocktail list, including rare by-the-glass offerings. The Edge Steakhouse is a premiere destination establishment for the Palm Springs area and will continue to be a special occasion choice for us.

We had a great first experience at The Edge! The steak was the best we've ever had and the service from Rafael was amazing. Thank you so much for a lovely evening and we loved our table by the window.
