We were at Wendy's around 2 PM on Saturday . the 23rd of August. The man at the window was one of the nicest most courteous people I have ever seen. He was friendly and we really appreciated him.

Came in late tonight, and they took great care of us! Lobby was clean, food was fast and fresh. And Jason had the best customer service we have had this whole trip!! Shout out to you man, you're doing an awesome job!

If you want to feel ignored, disrespected, and unwelcome, this Wendyâs has perfected the art. If the general manager reads only one review this month, I hope itâs this one because what I experienced at this Wendyâs was beyond unacceptable. I walked in expecting a quick, friendly meal and instead got hit with eye rolls, sarcasm, and a level of rudeness I didnât think possible in a customer facing job.
From the moment I approached the drive-thru, it felt like I was a problem to be tolerated rather than a paying customer. The employees were more interested in chatting with each other than taking orders, and when I asked a simple question about my meal, the response was dripping with attitude.
This wasnât just a âbad dayâ vibe it was a total breakdown of professionalism and basic respect. If this is how guests are treated regularly, the issue isnât one employee⊠itâs the culture at this location.

The afternoon shift takes better care of their customers. I came in for breakfast and was served cold sandwiches then told to go into the pilot to heat it on their microwave really??? what are they paid for???
