“We had Sombreros cater a bridal shower. This was the best decision. I told Juan what we wanted and he put together a menu with prices and we customized it to what we wanted. He called the day before to confirm it and it was ready when I got there to pick it up. They loaded it in my car for me. Everything was hot and absolutely delicious. “We had breakfast one day at the outpost and dinner the next I had the biscuits and gravy and my wife had eggs and pancakes and hashbrowns, and everything was wonderful. The staff is super friendly. The service is great. The food was abundant. We came back the next day for dinner and I had baby back ribs with a baked potato and corn on the cob and I can tell you that it was some of the best ribs I’ve ever eaten my wife had brisket and slaw, which was amazing and for dessert we had a piece of Colby pie, which was fantastic. Everybody in this restaurant is super friendly. It is extremely family oriented, and I would recommend it to anyone.”

Our cold brew coffee with cold foam and cream did not even need sugar. I liked how the coffee had a slight cacao flavor.

“My husband and I had a bad experience at Dae Break this morning. I ordered the cheese omelet which was good and hot. It was obvious it had been made to order. The coffee was good. The grits were instant and it was a very small portion for $3.00. I asked the waitress about the small portion and she said it was "one packet". My husband ordered the sausage platter. It was terrible. Everything was cold and the sausage and biscuits appeared to be from yesterday. They were both dried out. The cold biscuits appeared to be overcooked. The bowl of gravy was completely cold. When he told the waitress, she took his plate and stuck it in the microwave. Twice. That did not help the quality of the sausage or the biscuits or the cold eggs. He ended up not eating much of anything. We will not go back.”

“Be sure to add this place to your list if you're out on the river. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because there aren't enough people showing up here. They have TVs, pool tables, food, and of course beer. The awesome thing is they have a dock to where you can pull up in your boat, too. Pay these folks a visit. They deserve more service than they are currently receiving. It's a little hidden gem.”
