We came in yesterday for dinner. A lot of their food was sold out so we tried the pork ribs and got two twice baked potatoes. The potatoes were really good as always.The ribs were subpar. The meat wasn’t tough but they were very dry and didn’t have any smoke flavor. Luckily the sauces they provide are good to help give some flavor.
I just want to say, I love this place a lot!But, I wish there was an updated menu, you guys do not have wings, I went to order a wing plate, I was told that you guys don’t sell wings, and brisket on Saturdays, I just wish you would update, and specifying when you have what on what days! I want to continue supporting small businesses, but it’s hard too, when you guys say you have something on a menu and don’t have it.

A small town, ma and pa barbecue spot! I got a brisket plate reserved and it did not disappoint! The brisket was buttery and melt in your mouth! The barbecue sauces were phenomenal with the right amount of sweet kick. I can’t wait to see the shop expand with more seating!
