Shiloh Bar-B-Que is a small, out-of-the-way barbecue place with a family atmosphere and a small-town feel. The food is delicious, phenomenal, awesome, and real tasty, offering good value. Popular items include the pulled pork, beef brisket, half rack of ribs, half chicken, and smoked brisket burgers, all described as juicy, moist, and perfectly smoked. The seasoning on the chicken is perfect. Sides are all very good with no bad decisions; highlights are the Cole slaw, baked beans, Mac & cheese, and twice baked potatoes, which are the top choice. Three homemade sauces are available and really good, though the barbecue is so good it doesn't need sauce. The people there are very friendly, sweet, and friendly. It is worth the drive, even a long one, and is highly recommended, though arriving early is advised as they sell out. A definite return visit will take place.
