I like this place, they have nice sandwiches, I haven't tried the coffee, lovely spot to get some lunch and eat outside 🙂
Amazing ambience with an older school house shaped building nestled next to a rushing stream providing a relaxing and restorative environment to sip a coffee on the porch or along the stream. A diverse menu of coffees and specialty drinks along with a host of delicious breakfast and lunch items. Service is fast and friendly — highly recommend this as a local Cumberland Gap treasure!
I always swing by here when I am anywhere near the area, especially after a day hike or visit to the National Park nearby. This place is excellent for any coffee drink you can imagine, as well as all sorts of homemade baked good accompaniments. They even have ice cream!
It's also a great place for lunch with a large variety of sandwiches & the like. Take your drink or meal outside & sit near the lovely creek. The outdoor setting is serene with a good amount of eclectic chairs & tables both in the sun & shaded areas. Or sit on the creek bank & enjoy your drink or meal.
Excellent service, coffe and food.
Cute coffee house with a good variety of coffee drinks and sandwiches - breakfast and lunch. Coffee comes hot, iced, or frozen. Limited selection of sugar-free options but you can make some tasty combinations. Also has alternative milks available. I didn't eat but the breakfast sandwiches I saw come out looked tasty! The barista was friendly and helpful. They were crazy busy but she managed to make you feel welcome and important. We'll be back!
Great place to eat outside by the creek. The sound of running water is very restful.
Amazing staff! Brilliant 🥘 food! Coffee ☕️ was fantastic! A unique place in a unique situation! On this trip this has been the stand out place. Dog 🐕 friendly! People friendly!
❤️ Love it?
Thanks to Adrienne for the special 21st bday delivery for my daughter at college who cannot be home for her bday. They made a special exception and delivered her favorite coffee and breakfast sandwich and she was so happy!! Amazing coffee, breakfast and customer service! Thank you soooo much! 💜💜
I found this secret spot by accident. But it was a good surprise. A nice quiet place where there was not that much foot traffic when I was there. A small town at the corners of 3 States. Historical site with some good trails. But more than that this Coffee Café was great. The baristas were helpful and friendly with my selections. The coffee is on point. The cafe is cozy and a great place to do some studying or a chat with some friends. If you get the opportunity, drop by and check them out.

$19+ for a cup of coffee and wrap sandwich with a pickle and a few regular potato chips I feel is outrageous. Prices not posted... I guess that is why. Coffee was not that good in my opinion... especially for $5. I felt wrap was average at best. Cute location is all I feel it has going for it. I will not be back.

prices are not listed, for what you receive it not worth it, specialty coffee drink (total of $19.10 after tax, no tip) was just so so. meal consisted of 1 club wrap, chips & pickle spear, and I could make better at home. Nice decor, cute setting, easily walked 2 from B&B.

Super cute and conveniently located close to the Iron Furnace Cumberland Gap Historic Park. They offer a variety of yummy, reasonably priced food items, ranging from sweet treats to savory meals. Indoor and outdoor seating options are available and they are pet friendly.

I've been here several times, and the experience has been about the same each time. Here's a synopsis of my experiences at the Gap Creek Coffee House:
The service is exquisitely European, and by that I mean it sucks rotten eggs. The staff act like your presence is pure oppression and that they would be indifferent if you got hit by a bus on your way out the door. If you are hoping for a smile, you're more likely to find one in a cancer ward than from the staff here.
The food is decent, if nothing worth writing in your diary about. A friend of mine described their special, some sort of jam-turkey-cheese sandwich as "a series of ingredients that taste nice but don't add up to much together." The coffee might be a little better than a gas station's, but I think McDonalds can make better espresso. For the price I would have expected substantially better, however, as you won't leave here with much more than a typical sandwich and meh cup of coffee but you'll pay through the nose for it.
The true redeeming factor is the location. Situated along a little stone brook, the outdoor seating underneath the trees is a pleasant place to spend the late morning if you don't have anywhere to be. The Christmas lights add a little bit of flair, and they can (possibly) double up as an outlet for a laptop or cell phone.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if it were any other coffee shops or cafes around. But it's Harrogate and there isn't anywhere else within a country mile (or even a nautical mile), so until there is some competition around here, this is just about all you've got to work.
