“UPDATE: THANK YOU ZACH FOR MAKING THINGS RIGHT!!!
I spent $39+ and got to Pikeville and only had half of my order after waiting for 20 minutes. Let's not forget when I placed my order the person took about 5 minutes to check and see if they had any chicken available. It's a chicken restaurant. How do you not have chicken? My next visit will be to talk with a manager and a refund that I deserve.“

“At 5 o’clock as soon as they opened, I was in line. I don’t know how New the Manager is the first time I’ve seen them there. The black gentleman was absolutely fantastic. Like could not have asked for better service. He was kind. He was completely understanding because I get breakfast and lunch at 5 AM. Didn’t have no problems with. It was absolutely wonderful. He definitely deserved raise like I will definitely be back up here just because of him.“
