“What a wonderful day we had at Harmony Lane. Ms. Julie gave us a delightful farm tour and we learned so much. We were able to get up close and personal with so many animals, milk a goat, feed emu, donkeys, a llama and of course the goats. The highlight was cuddling and bottle feeding those baby goats! ♥️ The farm store has a great selection of goat milk products and we had a delicious lunch at The Grille. The only downfall is that I don’t live close enough to visit more often.”

“Great "meat and three"; excellent desserts. Usually super busy Thursday thru Saturday at the dinner hour but I've never heard anyone complain about the wait. Informal, family atmosphere with 4-top booths & tables for seating. Servers are frlendly and provide prompt service. If you like " county cooking " and don't want to do it yourself, try them, you won't be disappointed!”

“Fireman One BBQ catered an engagement party that I helped plan. They were wonderful to work with and the food was absolutely delicious! All the guests couldn't stop talking about how good the brisket was! 10 out of 10 and would definitely use them for a catered event again!”

“I stopped by when I was just driving by. The NICEST OF PEOPLE 🧡♥️ and the food is EXCELLENT! Home made potato salad was to gobble up and not share haha soooo goood. I got the bbq pork plate and it was so delicious! Please give them a try if you are close to them. You won’t be disappointed. They have three sauces hot mild and sweet. Try all three if you can they are so good as well. He literally is smoking the meat as you are there so you get that awesome smell when you walk in makes you hungry before you start. I loved it”

ITS ALL TRUE AND THIS PLACE REALLY DOES SUCK.....Hey I just wanted to give everybody a heads up to steer clear of Arby's we just left there had a almost $40 order and we left went to quick and easy and started to hand the kids their food the chicken was cold in the sliders the Buns were hard as bricks my French dip was so soggy it was coming through the paper so I called to tell them that I'd like to have a refund and to bring the food back and she told us there was no way the chicken was cold because she cooked it herself which it doesn't matter who cooked it it was still cold we never were given a receipt at the window we were given $3.06 of change without a receipt so whenever we took the food back we realized there wasn't a receipt and she flung her arms across her chest and said well without that receipt there's nothing we can do about it mind you her employee that was rude as hell taking our order and just mad at the world that she had to tip her earbud up out of her ear did not give us the receipt so they took $40 and we had to go somewhere else and get different food just be aware folks. And it's no wonder the Lil employees has such an shifty attitude problem, because that managers was just as bad and she was scream8ng at me not letting fully explain anything to her. Said they absolutely would never not give a receipt. Ummmm. SMH.”

“This is one of those Taco Bell/KFC hybrid freestanding restaurants. In small towns like Smithville, I usually receive good customer service by friendly employees. By contrast, I recently had a job that required a lot of travel in the US. Almost without exception, in large cities and urban areas around Chicago, New York, most large cities in California, service was horrible! Not just Taco Bell. There were a few rare exceptions, but 90% of the interactions I had with employees of any fast food restaurant was negative. The employees in these areas acted like they were doing me a favor by doing their jobs poorly. Always rude, slow and in some cases, nasty! The Smithville Taco Bell/KFC was a refreshing reminder of what good customer service is. Thank you Smithville Taco Bell employees!”
