McCloud Mountain Restaurant

I gave this 2 stars only because the view is gorgeous. We went on Sun at 5. Our party was excited because we had heard it was really good. The waitresses were working their behinds off but it was the worst restaurant I've ever had. My daughter ordered the special & got 4 steak medallions & no asparagus as advertise. As you all know the views are incredible and worth the trip there. But to top it off the service and the meal were all excellent as well. There were four of us and each one of us had a different item - all four of us loved our meal. The ribs were done to perfection! Well worth the visit.

We read all the reviews about the restaurant but we did not experience that at all. We stayed in the lodge and took in all our meals for two days. A great variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Reservations are required even as a guest of the lodge. Had the filet mignons last night. Salads were fresh, drinks were good and breakfast was a room service which was phenomenal.
